Work Instructions = the “how-to” manual for each tiny step in an SOP.

👉 Work Instruction says:

1. Open Active Directory.
2. Right-click the username.
3. Select “Reset Password.”
4. Don’t accidentally lock them out of the system 🙃.

Think of them as step-by-step IKEA instructions 🪑 — minus the missing screws.
