“This isn’t what we wanted! Why can’t we add WFH tracking?”

PO says: “These are the top priorities.”
Team estimates tasks using story points. (Yes, like T-shirt sizes 👕👗)
☕ Daily Stand-ups (15 min max!)
Nina: “What did you do yesterday? What will you do today? Any blockers?”
Team goes in circles (literally, on Zoom).

Demo day! Show what’s built. Get real feedback.
🧠 Sprint Retrospective
“What went well, what didn’t, what can improve?”
Yes, even venting is allowed. 😅
Scene 4: Agile = Not Just Faster, But Smarter 🧠✨
Riya now feels heard. Every two weeks:
- She shows progress
- Learns from real feedback
- Adjusts to change, without crying
She finally gets it:
Agile isn’t about chaos. It’s about controlled flexibility.
Instead of building a giant ship and realizing it can’t float… Agile builds a boat, tests it, and keeps adding sails and oars until it becomes a cruise ship. 🚢💨
