Not a boss. Not a manager. More like a zen traffic cop for the team.
They:
- Facilitate stand-ups, retros, planning
- Remove roadblocks like approvals or unclear requirements
- Keep the Agile train on track

🛠️ Agile Team: The Real MVPs
Developers, designers, QA folks, data nerds — the ones who actually ship things. 🚢
They:
- Pick their tasks from the sprint backlog
- Self-organize how to get it done
- Ask questions, push back, suggest better ways
- Are not told how to do their jobs
